Description 

The project is intended for descendants of Trentino emigrants and annually provides for the assignment of scholarships for attendance at the University of Trento's degree (first level) and master's degree courses.
Since the 2000/2001 academic year, around 140 scholarships have been awarded to study in Trento.

For the academic year 2024/2025 seven scholarships have been awarded.

Coverage period

The scholarship covers the normal duration of the degree course plus a further semester pending graduation. It can be renewed annually according to the merit criteria indicated in the announcement, with effect from 1 October of each year.

Participation requirements

The candidate must:

• be decendants of Trentino emigrants residing abroad
• be in possession of an upper secondary school diploma valid for admission to a bachelor's degree programm or, to be admitted to a master's degree programm, to be in possession of a bachelor's degree 
• the candidates must have been admitted to one of the bachelor's or master's degree programs of the University of Trento
